Recruitment goes wrong in predictable ways. Employers receive CVs that do not match the role, and candidates apply and hear nothing back. HR Global Ventures exists to prevent both.
We take time over the brief, screen candidates ourselves and keep both sides informed at every stage. We work with employers who are hiring and with professionals who want honest advice on their next move, and we treat the two groups with equal care.
Alongside recruitment, we help organisations put practical HR foundations in place: job descriptions, policies, onboarding and appraisal frameworks.

We search our candidate records and professional networks and approach suitable people directly. We only put forward people who meet the brief.

Every candidate is interviewed and checked against the requirements before a profile reaches an employer, and only with the candidate's consent.

We coordinate interviews and offers, then check in after the start date to confirm the role matches what was agreed.
Ethics and compliance
Recruitment involves personal information and important decisions. These are the commitments we work to.
- Candidate data is confidential. We use it for recruitment only and share it with an employer only with the candidate's consent.
- Registration with HR Global Ventures is free of charge. We do not charge candidates a fee for registration, CV review, interview preparation or placement. Our fees are paid by employers.
- We describe roles as the employer gives them to us, including location and salary range, and we do not advertise vacancies that do not exist.
- We shortlist on skills, experience and suitability, and we do not discriminate on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, marital status or any other protected characteristic.
- We comply with the employment and data protection laws that apply to the work we do.
