1. Using this website

2. Our services
The website describes our recruitment, executive search, staffing and HR advisory services and lets you contact us. Submitting a form, CV or message does not create an employment relationship, a guarantee of a job interview or placement, or a contract for our services. A contract for services exists only where we have agreed the terms with you in writing.
3. Candidates
When you submit a CV or other information, you confirm that it is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to give it to us. We may verify the information you provide. We do not guarantee that we will find you a role, or that any employer will interview or hire you.
Registration with HR Global Ventures is free of charge. We do not charge candidates a fee for registration, CV review, interview preparation or placement. Our fees are paid by employers.
We share your CV with an employer only after you agree to that introduction. You may ask us to stop working on your behalf and to delete your records at any time.
4. Employers
When you submit a hiring requirement, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for your organisation. Fees, service scope, replacement terms and payment terms are set out in a written agreement for each engagement. If there is a conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement applies.
Candidate information we give you is provided for the purpose of assessing that person for the role discussed. You must keep it confidential, use it only for that purpose and handle it in line with applicable data protection law.
5. Website content
The text, logos, images and design of this website belong to HR Global Ventures or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the pages and print or share individual pages for personal or internal business use, provided you do not change them or remove notices. You may not copy or reuse the content for other purposes without our written permission.
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but it is general in nature and is not legal, financial or employment advice. Vacancies and services may change without notice.
